Authors’ Biographical Sketch:

Jiunn-Min Lee graduated from University of Kentucky with a Ph.D. in Decision Science and Information Systems. He is currently Professor of Information Management at College of Management, Fu-Jen Catholic University, Taipei, Taiwan. Dr. Lee has published articles in Journals such as International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Computer Information Systems, Modeling Measurement and Control, etc. His article published in International Journal of Production Research was cited with the Highest Quality Rating by ANBAR Electronic Intelligence. He is also the author of Decision Support Systems, a book published in Chinese.

Chen H. Chung graduated from Ohio State University with a Ph.D. in Production and Operations Management. He is currently Professor of Decision Science and Information Systems of School of Management and Gatton Endowed Professor of Gatton College of Business and Economics at University of Kentucky. He is a Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management (CFPIM) by APICS. Dr. Chung has published articles in journals such as Journal of Operations Management, Decision Sciences, International Journal of Production Research, Production and Operations Management, European Journal of Operations Research, Computer and Operations Research, Journal of Manufacturing Management, OMEGA: International Journal of Management Sciences, Journal of Management Issues, Journal of Computer Information Systems, etc.
